Defective or Uncalibrated Equipment
Even with small water-blasting equipment, the water-blasting operator must be watchful of any problems with the equipment itself. Examples include a kink or tear in the water hose and uneven pressure at different parts of the water blasting machine. If any such problems exist, it could result in an injury.
